  • Lead the new team to productivity
  • MVP for fixed price sale, fully working on xdai
  • First feedback round DXdao exclusive for MVP
  • Minimal working interface for fairsale on xdai
  • Create a workflow for continuous innovation: smart-contract β†’ subgraph β†’ front-end
  • Establish a versioning system for all software packages
  • Naming to Aqua, coordinate minimal redesign for this
  • Having a handout & roadmap ready for ethcc

Responsibilities

  • Product Owner for Mesa
  • Moderate daily standup meeting
  • Lead weekly dev meeting
  • Review Features/Code and coordinate daily work with gitub/zenhub
  • Reporting back to DXdao
  • Research on competing protocols and host weekly mesa call
  • Draw additional UX Elements in figma
  • Embed Mesa in an overall product strategy
  • On-board new workers for Mesa
  • Work on code if faster than opening tickets
  • Consult on projects doing IDO (After MVP launch)
  • Take part in bizDev for Mesa (After MVP launch)

My Typical Workweek

Every Day

  • Review PR and Test Code what the team has worked on
  • Open & Organize issues on github/zenhub
  • Be present and give feedback in the mesa_dev channel
  • Preparation and lead of daily stand-up
  • Be present in the DXdao daily calls and report if needed
  • Think about the product and how to improve
  • Think about costumers goal and the IDO market

Monday

  • Preparation and lead of Weekly Dev Call

Wendsday

  • Research what’s going on in the market
  • Preparation for Weekly Mesa Call

Compensation

My compensation, in accordance with the worker guidelines. I will make proposal on xdai for this for every month. Payee is Conative, my company, which I own under my private name.

Summary of compensation:

  • $8,000 xDai
  • Approval for 6,000 USD to be paid as 11.47 DXD in a vesting contract continuously for two years with a one-year cliff when the work agreement finishes. The vesting contract would be created in the future and use 01/07/2021 as the starting date of the vesting.
  • 0.1667% REP which is absolute 2’606.6 REP for the start date of 01/06/2021

In the last week of July I will work 50%, I will manage my team, but skip some DXdao wide calls.

  • $7,000 xDai
  • Approval for 5,250 USD to be paid as 10.04 DXD in a vesting contract continuously for two years with a one-year cliff when the work agreement finishes. The vesting contract would be created in the future and use 01/08/2021 as the starting date of the vesting.
  • 0.1459% REP which is, in absolute terms, not known yet, at the start date of 01/07/2021
