As part of DXvoice I will keep contributing to several projects of DXdao. In this period I focused on the following:

I helped to build the UX/UI of Carrot and PRJECT DAVI, mainly leading the design process and consulting on issues and challenges. Besides consulting on the product design side I worked on nessecary communication design for both projects. DXDAO: I will work on all things communication for the DAO. I will continue to work with @keenanluke , @whatt4 and @borisblock on graphics for DXdao social media accounts.
Besides the very concrete tasks above I started to prepare and research the best approach to build the product vision prototype build on the wireframe from January on.

Self evaluation: The following is a self-evaluation on what I’ve done well, okay, and not well.
Did well: We pushed the UI/UX especially in Carrot into a really good shape, I’m excited about the launch.
Did OK: I could have delegated more tasks, especially hands-on UX/UI work
Could have done better: In the very dynamic DAO environment it’s sometimes hard to focus on the right tasks, especially if you need to coordinate with others.

      • Oversee marketing activities such as:
        • Product and DAO branding
        • Product positioning
        • Video and digital imaging direction
        • Product and DAO landing pages
        • Swag production
        • Consulting the DAO on communication strategy and corporate identity measures
  • Compensation: I will take off one week at the end of December.
    • Experience Level: 7
    • Time commitment: December: 75%
    • Salary
    • For 2 months of work at level 7, to be sent half on the first payment proposal and half on the second payment proposal
      • December - $6,750 DAI ($6,750) 75%
    • Vested for 3 years with a 1 year cliff
      • December - $5,625 DXD 75%

  • Work Experience: Before DXdao I worked as a Creative Director in branding and digital design for some of the most prolific agencies and clients worldwide
