As discussed on todays call, here is a document with those eligible for REP as a result of Discord participation. Logistics such as if you are eligible as a contributor and the exact REP amount are being discussed, to be formalized alongside the forthcoming REP boost!

Notes:

  • Lots of proposals! 6 boosted/pending boosted on mainnet (now 8) and 19 on xDai
  • Confusion on ‘boosting’ and amount of GEN required to boost. For a proposal to be boosted, it needs to have more GEN staked on FOR than the 1.2^X * Gen downstake default (200 gen on main xDai scheme), where X is the number of boosted proposals when the proposal is to be boosted, not the amount of proposals when the proposal is submitted or orginially staked. To ensure there is enough GEN to keep proposal boosted, count the number of proposals that will be boosted in the next 24hrs. There is a demo on this by John at 16:00 on the call
  • Update from Melanie on HR - tracking proposals and helping contributors write and submit proposals.
  • New multicall scheme installation - post from Nico about creating three tracks for proposals, one low risk with 3 days to pass (ENS updates, etc), one normal with 8 days to pass. Both these have a set of approved smart contracts, and one additional track with no restrictions on smart contracts to interact that takes 14 days to pass. Check out the full post and vote on what the threshold constant should be.
  • Gas refunds update - Q1 is out and multi-sig gas costs also calculated. Smart contract for Q1 gas contracts and proposal will be submitted after review.
  • DXdao Treasury - climbing the risk ladder. Thoughts from Sky on treasury activity - check it out, starts at 53:32 on video and be on the lookout for Q1 treasury report during Resource Coordination meeting next Thursday, April 8
