Background

  • I have been working at Swapr, currently I’m working on Simple Chart feature. Also fixing several bugs and making code and UI improvements.
  • Here is a list of my previous PRs.

Timeframe

  • 2 months at 60% full-time (from previous 50%)

Proposed Scope of Contribution:

  • Goals
    • Work on the current roadmap for Swapr releases.
    • Work on simple chart
    • Work on advanced trading view
    • Work on expert trading view
    • Work on additional features and code improvements for Swapr.
  • Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with Swapr squads to improve the application
    • Do code reviews

Compensation

  • Experience Level: 4
  • Time commitment: Part-time 24 hours / week (60% full-time)
  • Salary for 2 months of work
    • Month 1
      • DAI: $3600 ($6000 * 60%)
      • DXD: $2400 ($4000 * 60%), vested for 3 years with a 1 year cliff starting at 15/08/22
      • REP: 0.10002 (0.1667 * 60%)
    • Month 2
      • DAI: $3600 ($6000 * 60%)
      • DXD: $2400 ($4000 * 60%), vested for 3 years with a 1 year cliff starting at 07/10/22
      • REP: 0.10002 (0.1667 * 60%)

Previous working period retrospective

The good

  • SimpleChart feature was the highlight of this period. It’s ready to ship, just waiting for subgraphs to sync. :rocket:
  • I was much more involved on swapr product giving feedback for several aspects of the dApp and trying to get the product better.

The bad

  • Overestimation of this proposal. SimpleChart just took a lot more to get right than I thought of, that’s something I have to improve. A lot of small details that we needed to get right to nail this feature.

Proof of work

My main work on this proposal was SimpleChart feature. (shipping :soon: )
Also did tackled some bugs and refactored some code.
