Space Inch is a development studio that has been providing contract work across Aqua and now Swapr.
In SOW #1, DXdao authorized engineering services, architectural consulting and strategic advice provided by two SI engineers, Daniel Cybulka and Oskar Karcz, as well as Josh Segall and Marek Kowalski.
Now DXdao authorizes an additional full time engineer, Mikołaj Tęcza, as well as a part time QA, Kinga Lisiecka-Garbaczewska.
In January 2022, the parties expect to replace Kinga Lisiecka-Garbaczewska with a full time QA.
The total billing cap, in any given month, is $42,152, assuming no overtime on the part of SI’s engineer.
If there is overtime, then SI is authorized to charge an additional $25 per overtime hour. Overtime hours must be authorized in writing by Chris Powers or John Kelleher.
Once Kinga Lisiecka-Garbaczewska is replaced with a full time QA, the billing cap will be $47,696.
Company may authorize additional services, when available, and Company may authorize additional hours or additional engineering resources by sending an explicit email authorization from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, and email@example.com.
Space Inch is authorized to choose its own subcontractors for any staff. Space Inch shall be responsible for the performance and management of any such subcontractors assigned to this SOW.
Time and Materials.
Developer’s work on this project is provided on a time and materials basis. Developer does not, by this SOW, commit to a date of completion for any specific tasks or sets of tasks.
Space Inch started in 2010 by making mobile games and produced 90 million installs of original and published games. Now Space Inch primarily works as an outsource technology partner and consultant to various clients. Space Inch has offices in Nashville, Spain, Poland and Croatia. Space Inch’s services include strategic consulting, UI/UX design, discovery/scoping, architectural planning, engineering, and quality assurance.
