December 2021 final payment

As I was doing my taxes, I saw I never requested my final payment for December 2021 as described in this worker proposal:

I will be requesting payment for the 50% time in December that I ended up working, instead of the 75% time I had originally planned on in the passed proposal, as well as $400 in unclaimed October 2021 ETHLisbon stipends.
