100% of my time will be to the Contributor UX Squad. I will continue my daily tasks as detailed above, along with any new tasks that come my way.

Hello all, here is my reflection for this period.

This past period has been the most responsibility I have taken on at DXdao thus far, with the creation and implementation of my Contributor Feedback Review. I am so happy with how it has gone, so grateful for the help and feedback I have received, and extremely excited to see where I can take this review in the future. We are looking at making this review a quarterly process (every March, June, Sept, Dec). I am hoping that by time March roles around I will have perfected the review. By this I mean that the review did not come without its challenges. I had to do a lot of the work manually, filling out forms and sheets and sending them off to each contributor myself - I am hoping to make this process more automated or at least more structured to mitigate any possibility of error. I will also be planning on switching to Typeform - a much better survey platform. I am also wanting to change up how contributors will be assigned for the reviews, as I want everyone to hear from as many people as they can. Another fix that I can do better on for the next review is creating incentive, and by this I mean making sure that contributors complete their reviews on time so that individuals are not waiting on their responses which is completely unfair. Besides the review, I need to brush up on my organization skills - whether it be creating a to-do list or just keeping up on my tasks better so I do not fall behind. I am hoping now that I am graduated I will be able to focus more of my time and energy at DXdao, which should help in my organization and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Overall, this last period has been a tremendously exciting time for me and my contributions, and I am ready to take on more responsibilities here at DXdao.
